Sugandha Sukrutaraj, Founder & CEO of AMBA and author of its curriculum, is an Ashoka Fellow with 20 years of experience evolving a sustainable livelihood solution for adults with Developmental Challenges and Moderate to Severe Intellectually Disabilities.
The AMBA Curriculum Copyrighted across India focuses on visual and functional computing, peer driven training, supervision and QC.
The curriculum helps them do back end processes across the spectrum of the industry! 11 years of experience in Aviation & IT, gives her the mainstream know-how to ensure this community delivers excellence while striving to take AMBA to economic sustainability.
AMBA’s concept has been shared with over 500+ Special Institutions in 25 states in India, helping them become small hubs called ACPCs (AMBA Certified Partner Canters). 80% of the ACPCs operate in Rural India. Today 40+% of the operators are women.

Tanmoy Chakrabarty has over 42 years of corporate experience, having started his career in 1981. He served as the Group Government Affairs Officer at Tata Sons, handling government relations and engagements, and is known for his advisory and consulting services for small and medium corporates.
Mr. Tanmoy Chakrabarty began his corporate career in August 1981 in Calcutta and amassed 42 years of work experience across various organizations. He served as the Group Government Affairs Officer at Tata Sons Private Limited, the parent company of the Tata Group. Based in New Delhi, he was responsible for managing government relations and engagements on behalf of the Tata Group.
